Parish Office
The office of the Parish Council is based at Duston Community Centre, Pendle Road. The office is open to the public during the following times:
Monday: 9.00 to 12.00pm
Tuesday: 9.00 to 12.00pm
Thursday: 1.30 to 4.00pm

Parish Council Meetings
The Parish Council meets regularly at 7.45pm on the first Thursday of every month (second Thursday in January) except August. The meetings take place at Duston Community Centre. Parishioners are most welcome to attend as observers, and will have the opportunity to address or question the Council under the regular agenda item ‘Public Questions and Addresses’.
Planning Committee Meetings
The Planning Committee of the Parish Council meets regularly at 7.15pm at Duston Community Centre to review Duston planning applications. Currently the meetings are held on the last Monday in the month. Members of the public are most welcome to attend as observers. The Parish Council has the power to comment in detail on planning applications, and for its comments to be taken into account by the Planning Authority, which is the Borough Council.
